As a self-pay client, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the potential cost associated with your care. As per regulations, healthcare providers are obligated to furnish self-pay clients with an estimate of charges for medical services, including audiology.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate for the complete projected expenses of any non-emergency healthcare, encompassing audiology, from your chosen healthcare provider or any alternative provider prior to scheduling a service. Should you encounter a bill significantly exceeding your Good Faith Estimate, you retain the right to contest it. It’s advisable to retain a copy or snapshot of your Good Faith Estimate for reference. 50-minute consultative sessions are $225
25-minute consultative sessions are $120
In most cases, 1 - 2 sessions is all that is needed to complete your care. If you schedule for social-communication coaching, a personalized plan will be provided following the initial consultation that includes session costs and estimated number of sessions (typically a total of 125 minutes, not exceeding $600). The actual number and frequency of sessions may vary depending on your unique needs and goals.

No. We specialize in consultation services for hearing wellness, social-emotional coaching, and hearing device management. Yes. We use HIPAA compliant client management software that protects you and your private health information.
Most appointments are blocked for 50 minutes and are charged at $225. There is also an option to schedule 25 minute appointments that are charged at $120. Payment is due prior to the appointment start.
We understand, unexpected things can come up! We request a 24-hour written notice to avoid late fees. We do not offer refunds for 'no-show' appointments so please be mindful when needing to cancel.
Yes. We are licensed to dispense hearing aids and have worked with and fit hearing devices from top hearing device manufacturers. We can make recommendations for different models and styles of hearing aids and provide referrals to providers who fit these devices when appropriate.
Each client arrives with a range of differing needs. For some clients we can hit it all in one session and for others, more sessions are required. Social and communication coaching sessions are typically built on a 4-week, individually tailored program where we work together to establish goals, set clear actions, and track your progress.
No, all appointments are private pay and payments made directly to Hearing Health Consulting. A good faith estimate will be provided for you if continued sessions are recommended. We are out of network with all health insurance companies as each plan varies considerably and most will only cover the cost of diagnostic services and hearing aids, if any hearing care services are covered.
All appointments and sessions are conducted through a virtual platform to allow us to connect regardless of where you are. Appointments are either 50 or 30-minute sessions where we'll work together to understand your needs and work towards your goals collaboratively.
